I am considering to buy a Smart Controller. As I saw from Adorama and Bhphotovideo, it seems that there are two versions:

DJI Smart Controller with Type-C Power Cable (16GB Universal Edition)

  

  

Another is:

  

DJI Smart Controller (16GB NA)

  

  

I saw the description is the same.

  

What are the differences besides cable type?

What it means 16GB NA/16GB Universal?

I do not think there are 2 versions. I have seen only the one. Be careful of "knock offs/fakes" also.
You may have seen different packages that include more accessories from a reseller? DJI's store has only 1 model currently.

Adorama and BHPHOTOVIDEO are the most famous USA seller who are also the authorized DJI sellers.

Yeah just a reseller providing multiple packages. I think best to ask them instead of DJI? Maybe the NA one is for North America and the other is for Worldwide use. Different SKU's but same product maybe for tax/shipping reasons?

It makes sense.

MOst likely the difference is in power plug for the charger.

Most Likely CE and FCC version. This would be regulatory requirement for DJI to ship the correct versions to the appropriate locations.
