This issue relates to the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus with the inbuilt 5.5" display.

I have just purchased this machine and after charging the units I switched on the RCU and got the following:

1. Hello screen with only option being to tap on Start (no scrolling option);
2. Tap on Start and get Welcome screen with only option to tap on Next (no scrolling option);
3. Tap on Next to get User Agreement screen, only option to tap on Agree;
4. Tap on Agree to get Remote Controller Type screen, leave default Phantom 4 Pro checked;
5. Tap on Next and get Country/Region screen. Scroll down and select Australia;
6. Tap on Next and get to Wi-Fi screen, switch on Wi-Fi and get between 2 and 6 Wi-Fi networks discovered;
7. No matter which Wi-Fi networks I select and whatever passwords I use I cannot connect. I have tried at least 50 times with no success. Only option

is to switch off the RCU and try again.

I've tried to connect using 3 different PCs on my network, all having Wi-Fi enabled, one running W7 Pro 32-bit, one running W7 Pro 64-bit and one

running W10 Pro 64-bit. None of them recognise the DJI RCU but it recognises at least one of them sometimes.

Would be great to be able to actually use this expensive piece of gear, any suggestions or help appreciated.

Try using your cell phone as a hotspot and connect the controller to the internet using it, that is how I did.
