With the recent two  versions of the DJI Assistant 2 For Autopilot the stick calibration does not work. In the latest version of the assistant  2 (2019.1.09) (v 2.0.2) is no longer a button for the stick  calibration, which was in the former versions next to the Control EXP  button, see pictures.

Is not longer there.
You have to use the DJI GO app for it.
