Hello,

Wondering if anybody can recommend or suggest what I should do regarding my Inspire 2 and X5s camera.

Every shot I take has a spot on the photo. I have tried cleaning the lens and camera with a cloth and it’s still there.

Also some of my photos/video the color is coming in and out; take a look at the photo below with the Statue of Liberty, you can see a bunch of red and green pixels in the darker areas

Feedback?

The dark spot in the first photo looks like dust is on either the lens or the sensor. As you've already cleaned the lens, I would recommend cleaning the sensor. Here is a good step-by-step guide on how to clean it and I suggest going through it as the sensor is easily damaged if not done properly.

The discolored pixels in the second photo look like "hot pixels," which are normal for every DSLR camera regardless of age and use. They will occur when doing long exposure shots or when the ISO is above 400-800 (the ISO value varies depending on a number of factors). Hot pixels cannot be seen on LCD screens.

Yep, definitely looks like sensor dust on the first image. Get a sensor cleaning kit.

I agree, carefully clean the sensor with a sensor cleaning kit.
When you take the lens off examine the sensor and you should see a smudge, dust or something on the sensor.
