I am a tad confused, I did try fake gps, but don’t think it went according to plan.  I looked for the link here, watched the vid, but unless I’m blind can’t see the link.
Anyway, today I went for a flight, will post vid once uploaded, range dropped out at 300 meters.
When I looked at the WiFi in the app, this is what I saw. 5.8 ghz, channels 1 to 32.
Anyone have a clue what this is all about?

Are you flying in CE or FCC mode? Because CE is limited to 300 (5.8)and 500 (2.4) meters respectively.

To be honest I don’t know. I’m in the UK, so would have been in ce mode. I tried to use fake gps app to get into fcc, but not sure if it worked. On YouTube vids, I’ve never seen this, so am baffled by it.

If you are in CE then you will have channels from 1 to 13 on the graph.
In FCC you will see 1 to 11 in the 2.4ghz range.
If you are in CE then definitely change to FCC!!!
Flying the Spark in CE mode is just plain dangerous!!!
Check YouTube, on how to change.
Or install nolimitdronez, there you can modify the spark also, but it’s not free. 25 euros I think.

I am waiting for a cable to arrive. I have tried 2 devices and it still shows the same 5G 1-32.

Hi,

I am using the MOD 2.0 app to get FCC mode without using a Fake GPS app. Works nicely.
Please note: it only enables FCC if you connect your phone once via Wifi, after that, FCC is enabled and you can use your OTG cable.

ok, what I think, I see on that picture:

You are on auto and you just see the interference diagram from DJI
You have to scroll up, to see the channels you can CHOSE AFTER you switched to custom
Usually ;-)
I am still on 4.2.21!
But check this video, it may give you some hints.
It is for a air, but the wifi part is still Go4!
