Hi, just received SRC, but get error when trying to activate:

"Activation failed, server error (400), please retry."

Internet connection is fine, login to DJI account successful. Contacted support but no response yet.

Anyone know what this means or how to get past it?

Hi Matti, we are so sorry for the troubles on activating the Smart Controller, did you activate it with the SD card attached or not? If yes, please remove the SD card to try again. If there is no luck, could you please PM me your activation account, the serial number of the Smart Controller and the serial number of the drone for further support? Thank you in advance.

Removing SD card worked. SD card have been used in M2P drone.

There could have been appended some additional information about this in error message popup, and maybe a note in manuals. Maybe you can file this as improvements.
