Since I use the Sony A7Rii (2) I don't need the focus wheel. It's easy to remove, and there is a cover plate with my Ronin S. But... the screws for the focus wheel are much too long to hold the plate on the Ronin. Are shorter screws provided in the kit for this purpose, or do I need to find stainless steel screws of the right shape and size on my own?

Is there a gasket or other spacer that is supposed to go under the plate, that would make this all fit together?
