Used to be a + button in between waypoints where you can tap it to add another one.  Now it has a distance labeled, but I can't tap it to add a point.
The bottom of the screen there is an arrow to set point - what does that do?  I'm on v 2.0.2.  

You have to touch the 'plus' next to the distance marker, not the distance itself.

The arrow you are describing is used to calibrate a photomap (with help of GCP)
Tap to set the current position of the aircraft as the correction point position corresponding to the selected reference point. Ensure that the aircraft is connected to GS Pro when using this function.

Thanks for the tip on inserting a waypoint between two existing waypoints!

After creating a waypoint mission,  is it possible to add a waypoint before the current first waypoint or after the current last waypoint? There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do this...
