Can anybody confirm if the Smart Controller is capable of playing H.265 videos taken with the Mavic 2 over the microSD card reader?

The Smart Controller has a built-in microphone and speaker, and is capable of displaying 4K videos at 60 fps in H.264 and 2.3K videos at 60 fps in H.265 formats. In addition, the videos can be displayed on an external monitor by using the HDMI port.

I saw that in the support docs but it doesn't confirm if 4K h265 @30fps is properly supported nor if we are able to playback dlog and hlg videos directly in the device

Hi,

I tried this out for you, I recorded 3 videos at 4k h265 @ 30 fps using 'Normal', 'Dlog-M' & HLG all three played back when the SD card was inserted into the controller & the built in Explorer was used to play them back.

The USB-A port also supports 4G modems and USB-A card readers so when the SD card was plugged into the USB-A port on the top of the controller and SD card was placed in that, the files were also playable from there.

Thank you very much @Buzzyone, this gives me extra confidence for jumping into one!
