I AM TRYING TO USE PIX4D WITH MY PHANTOM 4 RTK AND NOT SURE WHAT ELEVATION TO PUT IN FOR MY DRTK 2 BASE. I HAVE TRIED ELLIPSOID HEIGHT AND ORTHO HEIGHT BUT WHEN I PROCESS THROUGH PIX4D THERE IS STILL A SHIFT BOTH VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY.  HOPING SOMEONE COULD EXPLAIN THE STEPS TO GO THROUGH IN PIX4D SETUP AND POSSIBLY DRTK 2 BASE INPUT SETTINGS.  I FEEL LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING I AM DOING WRONG IN PIX4D.  THANKS MUCH.. I am trying to figure out how to set my base and input coordinates with my P4RTK.  Where can I find this info?  I know I have to tell it where it is so it can send corrections to the aircraft, but not sure how to do this. I'm processing on Drone Deploy and they don't even ask about DRTK positioning measurements.

Any luck with this Tony?  I am seeing pretty good horizontal locations but about a 4 meter vertical shift.

you should enter HAE and be sure to include the offset between the benchmark Z and the Antenna Phase center (it's about 1.81 m using the provided pole)
