Ok, I feel pretty dumb.  I just got my new quad and Im trying to get it synced to the laptop to check for updates....I have pt2 on my laptop and installed, it opens up no problem....  But I cannot get the coptor, or remote to sync....  Is there some order to do it?  Plug in copter first, then start software, etc?  What is the problem?j  Please help, I want to fly tomorrow...

Are you using a Windows laptop ?
If so you need to download and run the WIN Drivers first.

When I connect to the assistant I plug in the phantom first, then open the PT2 then power the phantom.

Thank you for the Reply John...  I saw the drivers after I posted, and did download them.  And you are correct, that is what I was going wrong...  Thanks for the reply...
