DJI, Help. Blank Screen on Phone whenever i connect the Osmo Pocket

Hi DJI, i recently purchase my Osmo Pocket on the 21 of January 2019. i have updated the Osmo Pocket to the latest firmware 7 Jan 2019. i am using a Samsung Note 9. Whenever i connect the Osmo Pocket to the Samsung Note 9 a Blank screen appears. Here are the pics. i have changed the MicroSD card twice but the problem still recurs.

Hi, we do apologize for the troubles that it caused. Do you have a wireless module? If yes, have you tried to use that module for you to connect your mobile device to the Osmo Pocket wirelessly to see if there will be changes? If that won't work I would recommend to uninstall and re-install the application to see if that would help. Testing the situation in a different compatible device will be a good option on this situation as well to easily isolate the problem. Please let us know on the latest progress. Thank you for continued support.

i have contacted the DJI customer service and they said that the Samsung Note 9 is not supported.

Hi there, sorry for all the trouble. I understand that Samsung Note 9 is a powerful device and very handy phone. However, as mentioned on our support team, it is not yet supported. Rest assured that we will keep improving our products to give you more option when in terms of compatibility. Hi, im having the same issue. and mine is not a phone compatibility.

I have note 8 and it works fine when connected. but the same problem happens when i use usb type c extension cable.

and no im not planning to use the wireless. i want this camera to work w/ the usb cable. can you guys get this fixed? this is very frustrating already.

so full of bugs and limitations.
