The last firmware update added 4K at 50/60 fps I have taken some video to test it but I can’t download it to my iPad Pro via a card reader. It comes up with
A red exclamation mark. I have no trouble with 25/30fps.

Done a search. Unable to find anything about copying 4K 50/60fps video to iPad Pro. I use a card reader
that works fine with everything else.
I edit in iMovie so need to be able to copy files to my iPad.

This doesn’t explain why I can’t copy the 4K 50/60fps files to my iPad Pro using my Apple sd card reader. It works with all my other pocket videos I have taken at 30fps

You can import 4k 60FPS in Luma Fusion on iPad Pro or iPhone X

£20 just to import files. I think I’ll stick with
30fps for the time being.

Well, let me tell you, you get a lot more than just that with LumaFusion. It's almost remarkable how powerful that app is for the price and to be something that only runs on iOS. Keyframing, Chroma, ability to color correct with LUTs, and so much more. I think it's well worth the price personally... I have no affiliation with them or anything, so it doesn't really matter to me, but LumaFusion is some seriously impressive piece of code IMHO.

Hi, sorry for the troubles that you had with the Osmo Pocket. Glad that you were able to sort it out the situation. For additional information, DJI Mimo can download 4K videos to an iPhone’s photo albums. However, as iPhone series’ albums will check a video’s resolution, frame rate, bit rate, and format when users are saving the video to the album when 4K 60fps+H.264 +high bit rate videos are downloaded, iPhone will reject the video. As a result, Osmo Pocket cancels the option of saving 4K 60fps videos to an iPhone.  At present, iPhone 8, iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS MAX support 4K 24fps/25fps/30fps video downloading. The next app version will add support for iPhone 8 Plus to download 4K 24fps/25fps/30fps videos. Thank you for your understanding.

You can? I’d like to know how!

The only way you can do this is via a conduit like Dropbox.
It can import from a WD my passport wireless pro- but you have to have that drive and then connect it to the iPad and pull the footage in from there.

The only 4K file that iOS can pull natively from the Pocket is 4K 30p. Nothing else.

I use a wireless drive but it’s not a WD passport as you can use any wireless drive or at least it works with a Seagate wireless drive.
