I know that quite a few people ordered first on Ebay and some on Amazon and their orders were canceled.  After that people put in their order directly on the PGYtech website.  Has anyone received this item yet?  If so could you post photos and description of quality?  I would appreciate it.  I still have not received mine and I ordered it about 3 weeks ago.

I ordered my on December 25th, 2018 from PGYtech website and the delivery took place about 3 weeks later. Very solid piece, good fit but I didn't have a change to really test it, stuck at home with broken ankle, not to mention weather in Toronto is not great for outings.

Never arrived through Amazon UK.
Third party seller though.
Sellers' excuse was held up at customs and said they had refunded me. No refund showing on either my bank or Amazon account as yet but that was only three days ago.
It was ordered 16th Dec.
Amazon UK is now supplying a very similar item now through Amazon Prime.

Got mine yesterday fron Aliexpress. My first try was bhphotovideo but my order was delayed for 1 month. The product is awesome. Good construction. Now im waiting other similar branded Ulanzi that also has good reviews.

Tracking said to be here tomorrow but package is held up in PA for what reason I have no idea which is two hours from my house only time will tell

I ordered one on the 16th of this month. They shipped it on the 19th and I received it on the 21st.

My phone holder tracking said it should be here today like I said in prior post time will tell

Ordered mine on Jan 13th, got shipping notice with tracking info on the 15th and received mine (US west coast) this morning. Very well built. One thing to be aware of. If your phone is in a case, do not push the OP all the way into the bracket, leave same space as your case thickness. This will make it easier to lineup the OP jack to your phone's port. Only push it all the way if you're using phone with no case.

For me it fits perfect with my phone and case when the OP is in all the way.
Phone used is a HTC U12+ with original case.

Amazon has given me a refund for the item not turning up.
I have ended up making my own bits and pieces that I need for now such as a mini tripod and phone stand. Car windscreen holder, etc.
Mainly repurposing bits from around the workroom and garage. Stuff from old camera or audio recording gear mainly.

This is good advice.  I noticed that issue also since I am using mine with a case on my phone.

Mine says it shipped from Shenzhen 2 days ago, hope it gets here this week.

I ordered mine, along with the gimbal cover, on December 23 directly from PGYTech and I received it on January 16.
