android user need to wait 4.12 version and should be released any moment ( in a days or so)  then we can see all these updates.
  the current version of DJI GO 4  v 4.11 does not shows any changes

The battery fix has nothing to do with DJI Go App, the changelog is connected to the new firmware. Only the waypoints need the newest DJI Go Version as far as the changelog states.

So with waypoint 2.0 you can pre enter a route and let the drone fly it?

With the old waypoint you actually had to fly the route and save each waypoint, and the you could let the drone fly it?

yes pre set the route same like litchi when you ready your bird can following the route

I have not seen any update for my Note 8 yet? DJI Go 4 still is 4.3.11 on Play store.

I have a note 8 too and no update as of today. Why would you put out a new firmware and not have the app ready for both operating systems? It doesn't make sense DJI your programmers have no communication.

Maybe DJI might think about adding a How To Update Video using the Smart Controller?

The reason I mention this is because my Smart Controller sees the firmware update but when I go to download it tells me I am not connected.

Hello, I had the same problem with two different Android devices. The controller updated, no problem, but couldn't update the aircraft. Connected to my PC and had no problem updating with DJI Assistant 2.

I just updated my CS just now and I don't see waypoint on the menu. Come on DJI!!!

Updated this afternoon. Can't wait to get out and try out the waypoints. (Weather and work not cooperating)

come on dji please release the android version, you got it right with the last update it was perfect, thought it was to good to be true looks like your back to your old ways of messing people about again, why wasnt the android app updated ready for the release of the new firmware ???

Maybe we have to uninstall the app and try to reinstall manually? I done this in the past to solve some issues, but I have lose all the settings...

If it helps, I have updated both my android phone and android tablet today.  On phone, there is no new waypoints feature. But on the tablet there is.  Hopefully the waypoints will trickle down to android phones soon.  In the meantime, i will use my android tablet.

Can you please advise where you got this android version.

Could somebody who already upgraded to this FW confirm if there is possibility to downgrade to previous one?

Can't stand any longer this Android device issues every firmware update its behind the ios sytem extreme compatibility issues , crushing in mid air  flight.so finally gave up and lost my hope from dji and decided to buy ipad.  astala vista android rip ,you will be always remember.

Well Admins in other threads, have now stated why some people are not able to see/update to the latest Version!!
It seems that DJI is rolling out the update by Regions!!!
So I guess the California was one of the first areas to get the update!

"Fixed issue: the Intelligent Flight Battery could not be charged when the environment temperature was between 5° and 10° C."

This is really great news I had this issue several times during my trip in Iceland.

You won’t be disappointed, I’ve tried android tablets and they just don’t compare to the iPads, some will disagree and they may be right but based on my experience with both operating systems, iPad comes out on top....

It's maybe me but the barrel distortion of the lens (fish-eye) when shooting D-CINELIKE or even with taking photos RAW (DNG) with my Mavic 2 Zoom seems to be more marked than it used to be before with this new firmware...

You will be waiting forever. Your Icons Inventory show you only have a Mavic Pro. Waypoints 2 is a Mavic 2 only feature as far as I know.

I'm in the same boat as you. I spent two hours yesterday trying to get way-point 2.0 up and running. But what i have found is that it's available for Apple but not for Android yet. so looks like we have to sit back and wait.

On the DJI.COM Support website, the ICON shows 4.3.2, but when you click it, it still tries to download 4.3.1 ([url]https://adhoc-usa.djicdn.com.../DJI-v4.3.11_...), that's NOT releasing by region, that's broken. I suspect DJI is promoting iOS through some kind of deal, if not, there is NO reason they would keep doing this to us. It's a matter of caring and doing the right thing.
