After updated Ph4 pro V2's and RC firmware ,  GL300L remote controller is dead , it is not turn ON anymore, no any lights , tried charge it , not success.
Any ideas ?

We tested different power outlets and the same charger work with other RCs , so we make sure it is not charger or power sockets , moreover we checked voltage of battery via voltmeter ,voltage also okay on battery, so we should find exact reason , if it is because of firmware then people should know about it , and for most customers not convienent send back to China or any other country , we already doubt it is motherboard , but why after firmware update , rc power off then tried power on then it is dead , no any lights

could you please check whether it is under the warranty and pls help open case number we will try to send back to china ( shenzhen ) for repair .
