First post here, and a new owner of the DJI Ronin-M.
I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong area, but this is quite time sensitive.
As of this post, I purchased a brand new Ronin-M at Vistek (in Ontario, Canada) on January 23, 2019. Within the last 2 hours of this post, I assembled my Ronin-M and perfectly balanced my Panasonic GH3; the vertical, horizontal, and the pan as well. I downloaded the DJI App on Android, pressed the Auto-tune balance, and that's when the issues arised.
Here's a video I posted on youtube demonstrating my issue:
You don't see it in the video, but after I power on the gimbal, it rotates itself automatically, to the point where it is no longer parallel to the top handle bar. It basically becomes backwards. Not sure if this is intented or not.
Is my Ronin broken? Should I send it in for warranty? Or would I be able to fix it myself?
