Hi!

I received my Ronin S, mounted my X-T3 and Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 on it, balanced it properly (stays in place etc and balance test within app shows all axis as ''Excellent'') but when I turn the gimbal on, I get noise coming from the motors. Faulty unit or something?

Hi there, sorry for the troubles with Ronin-S, please help to verify the following details:
1. Please make sure all the knobs in the gimbal have been tightened.
2. Did you mount the camera mounting plate and the lens support properly?
3. Please try the Auto Tune after the balance.

If the issue persists, any chance to share us a short video and the screenshot of the Parameter Settings including the Strength and Stiffness value? Thank you in advance.
