Hello all,

Hardware: mavic pro 2 zoom + Iphone X .
I have a connection error, my phone is not able to connect the remote using regular cable (Mavic Remote Controller Cable (Lightning connector)), anyone to help me?

Here is the matter and sone cross check:
I fisrt thought that it was my cable between my remote and my iphone homever I tested on one of my friend remote and it works, so it is not the cable.
Using his cable the problem is the same for me.
I have to fly using an iphone cable charge and connect it using the usb below remote.
I can charge my remote using the connector on the remote.

In a nutshell, I target the remote or connector because: My cable works , I can charge my remote, my app, phone works, I can fly only using the usb vbelow remote.
Remote connector is not "dead" homever the data seams not working.

Rings a bell to someone? Thank you for your help and support

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just to clarify, have you tried to re-link your remote controller to the aircraft? Also, please make sure that your firmware is updated to the latest version. Thanks.

Thank you for your answer.

I just updated with DJI assistant 2 both my mavic and my glasses however this confirm that the connector or remote has issue.

The remote is not detected by the app.
The only way to update the remote was with my phone connected with a regular cable un USB.

So now all devices are updated and I still have the same problem.
