Had my OP a few days now.  Thoughts and comments so far:

  

• Videos and pictures are really top notch
• While small, its still easy to hold and operate
• Panos and time lapses cannot be see without using Mimo
• Lack of zoom is a weakness
• Gimbal tilt is not easy
• Lack of an easy wrist strap is a weakness
  

Ordered the expansion kit which may resolve 5.  Bought a basic base and attached a wrist strap and lanyard to that which solved 6.
