Hi all

My cat knocked my dji osmo pocket from my kitchen table to the floor (~ 3 feet) and I think it landed badly because now it doesn't calibrate properly half the time.  When I turn it on, it does its usual calibration dance but then points straight up and says "gimbal protected, tap to resume".  Sometimes I can reboot it and it'll work properly.  Any advice on how to get it fixed or repaired in Ontario, Canada?

On serious note, I'm very sorry your OP got damage. Did you purchase this on line? Did you purchase Osmo Shield? I only know one DJI dealer in Toronto, OmniView Tech https://omniviewtech.ca/pages/service-centre, give them a call and find out what can be done. Good luck!
