Well boys and girls, I just received a response to my customer service sales department email.
My hard shell back pack was supposed to be shipped within 5-7 working days which put the latest shipment date of Tuesday. My order page has indicated the order is in the Prepare cue.
It's a lie! Imagine that? DJI lied to me again. You'd think I learned my lesson, but no I gave them another chance and they lied. They wrote in response to my request that they have have high demand but little supply. The email goes on to say that they are pushing colleagues in factory and logistics to speed up, then the email goes off rambling about batteries.
I'm done, stick a fork into me.
