Wow, how to make friends and influence people.

Had the OP posted his flight records this would have prevented this from escalating to the degree it has. The forum has plenty of experienced pilots who would have provided a detailed analysis of what went wrong and why.

That said I hope there is a satisfactory outcome and the conclusion forthcoming.

The issue I have is with the Remote Control Communication Error and what happened after this as prior to the error the Mavic was flying fine!

I am quite curious about what happend, like I guess alot of members around here have. You've come with a story and ask for support (by creating this thread), but you refuse to share the flightlog. Your point is that you did not know how to upload it, but as the topic goes on I assume you do now know how to upload it, never heared anthing about the upload being timed out?

In this forum lots of members are quite known for analysing those flight logs, meaning they can get more information out of the logs than you or I can.

The first thing people will notice is the behaviour you have shown around here. While that counts up with the fact that you refuse to share the flight log most people will take the conclusion that you have made an error instead of the drone. So for your own sake; get this thread closed and pray for a new drone from DJI, or share.. IF you are so sure about the hardware issues your logs will show the same and you will get more support.

I have never once refused, perhaps read before commenting! I tried to upload this morning but it timed out, i will try again this evening when i am home!

The issue was after the end of the flight log, when I noted a Remote Control Communication Error!!

I was about to reply to this post, as I think you haven't read my post clearly.. but I think this won't solve your issue, atleast not with the members around here.

The point I was making is that this thread has ran into a big mess and I was trying to get you to notice that and help you out a bit. But if you are still going to run into comments others make... well things won't get solved here.

I think having sent the flight logs to DJI but at the same time not knowing how to get them and post them here pretty much sums up the situation.  

After coming to this forum for help you have acted like a child and i hope dji give you nothing for loosing your drone.

Wow! While I have no faith in the OP's description of his drone loss, I'm deeply disappointed in the responses from some of our well known members. If I was truly concerned with building a case for a hardware malfunction I would find some way to get those flight logs uploaded to phamtomhelp.
