ND/CPL for bluer sky?

Guys, I've bought the OP like few weeks ago and I do like almost everything about this little beast except its poor dynamic range. I did some comparison tests with my Hero 6. Picture below was cropped from the video. 4k/60 for OP and 2.7K/60 (linear) for H6. H6 photo was resized to match the OP photo. As you guys can see the sky on H6 was bluer while the one on OP was blown out. This happens to all of my footage and photos. My question, can this be solved with ND/CPL filters?. If so, which filters should I get?. Thanks in advance.

CPL brings blue sky back with some limitation.
It is effective while camera is pointing 90 degree away from the sun and only center of the sky gets its color back.

Gradient ND filter is more sutable solution for this task but it is more for landscape photo and application in video is more limited.

I think it's more matter of color profile instead of dynamic range of the sensor itself. We should wait for the cinelike to be released before making a final statment.
