Hey DJI....dont know if anyone else have noticed but my distance under my icon hasnt been updating after sync'g my flight logs. I have at least 8 full battery flights and the distance stays the same....would you check it out please?

I've noticed the same.

Log out then back in to your DJI account.

i have the same issue, flew 2 days straight and it is not updating, did the whole log out back in and nothing

Ok...sooo, A CW, thanks...log out didn't do it but log out and close the tab (Chrome) then open a new tab and login did the trick...thanks...

I get another problem now when I try and sync my flights at the end of the percentage when it's usually suppose to complete I get a message saying "Sync Failed" but it does sync up to my other devices, just only on my Samsung S7 is this problem persisting, I tried reinstalling the App and did not help?

I personally dont get that but I have noticed that after sync'g it doesnt update the distance in the Go4...then sync again and it does...wait, sync again and it gives another distance...no more after that...so, 3 sync's to get my distance....weird.

I see mine are also not updating from about 4 days ago, its missing about 50km

See my comment above...when I sync I repeat and repeat.....seems like the third sync increases about that distance so maybe try that?

Tried that now still does not update, in the app everything works as it should. I switched phones a while back to have a dedicated one, the records sync fine between the 2 phones.
