Flying the Spark is just one of my many hobbies.  You can't have to many hobbies you know!

I love anything that flies and really purchased it just to fly around but the video and photo capabilities are too good to ignore!

I am using a swarm of 100+ of them to spray the crops with pesticides/herbicides.

Mine was replaced by mavic air and Zoom. Poor little thing sits in a closet since last October waiting for a new owner. Batteries regularly cycled :-)

I've got it more for photography, still learning though

I use mine primarily for photography, but it's a lot of fun flying when taking the videos and photos!!!

I use my spark for looking for salmon along the cost to go fishing..

It’s cheap and I don’t care if it goes for a swim..

Hobbyist! I enjoy using the Spark in different ways. Sometimes to photograph/shoot video, sometimes just to fly it for the fun of it. I've used it to inspect gutters and downpipes on my house (sure, I could've used a ladder, but where's the fun in that?).

Just for flying. No reason.

I take Stereo Pairs to be able to see a 3D virtual Image. Take a shot, move Spark left or right by about 3 feet and re-aim at subject. With cross eyed viewing, you will get a 3rd middle image (Left eye+right eye). Google "stereo pair" for details and technique amplification.

I bought a Spark for a couple of reasons
-It meets the requirements for an advanced drone in Canada, so I plan to use it when doing my advanced certification flight review
-At the time it was the lowest cost way of trying out the DJI system (previously flying homebuilt drones) and learning how the common features work
-Its just fun to fly, although I have to say I have really enjoyed the Mavic Mini because of the simplified rules for flying it in Canada!

I got my Spark to look for a lost Solo.  It found it.

Cool, glad you found it!

In my opinion, the spark is the perfect drone for hobbyists who want to have good footage from the sky.  Drones like the Mavic and Inspire series are more for Professional photography.  Though drones like the Tello and other drones less than 250 dollars are more like a fun toy, that takes okay photos and videos.

Thank you! The word "fly" is flying here. I never thought of so many possibilities that I found here.
