I recently purchased DJI spark fly more combo. Can anyone tell me whether Samsung "M series" smartphone supports "DJI GO 4" app to control the drone via smart controller.

Smart controller??? No it won't work with the Spark. Or you meant the controller that come with the it? Well about the compatibility of the Samsung M series , not sure yet

Since Samsung "M series" comes with Android v8.1, it might support DJI GO 4 app.
