I had the same issue with brand new blades after 15 flights, and no crashes.  think it could be bad stock perhaps..

Maybe...  The other foot/leg on the faulty prop was solid as a rock and I found it hard to break it off by hand.   So have to agree maybe it was a bad batch...

Just checked all four of mine. All the tabs feel solid still, but I'll make a point of checking them before each outing.

Like I keep saying I hope we all check them on the ground from time to time, rather than have a drone suddenly fall from the sky..
