In alllll my pics and videos, there are hot pixels and strange black lines alll around it.

With all powered up go into the camera settings menu, there is a reset at bottom of list.

The zebra stripes are an over exposure indication that can be disabled in settings. And there may be a few hot pixels if using RAW (.dng) format. If that's the case then there is a 'DNG cleaner' available to help eliminate them:-

The vertical lines indicate a camera fault, same with 'hot' pixels. The overexposure Zebra lines are always at a 45 degree angle, the ones in your shot are vertical. You need to send the aircraft for repair, no amount of resetting will fix that problem.

Well spotted, I'd forgotten the zebras were not  vertical.
