Question regarding the use of autonomous GS Pro flights and the M600.

Where we are looking to fly from will probably require manual take off (hand launching), pausing mid flight and then manual landing (hand catching), due to very heavily restricted ground access.

Having read the instructions it appears I can pause a flight and then resume, as well as set the M600 to hover once the mission is finished, which will allow for manual control to land, but can the M600 be taken off manually and then put in to autonomous mission once in the air?
