Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. If the unit is not up to date, you may encounter problems whilst using it. However, since you've mentioned that you haven't updated the firmware since you purchased it. I would recommend updating the firmware using the link above and check if there will be changes. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

I've been experiencing the same problem with my Zenmuse X5 lately, But i use it solely in the Osmo Pro configuration and I don't own an Inspire, I need the camera for a few shoots I have coming up and I don't know what to do
(edit): I Managed to get it working again, I Simply cleaned the electronic Contacts, and that didnt work, so i placed a thin peice of foam behind the PCB for the camera's input contacts To make sure that the contacts were actually connecting, Turns out they werent and now everything works perfectly
