Hi,

I just received my DJI Spark and am ready to start flying but I accidentally entered in the wrong email when activating my account and the Spark using the QR code on the box.
I then made another account because it looks like I can't delete the old one but it will not let me connect my Spark because I get the pop up 'DJI spark has been already been activated.'
What do I do to pair my spark with my new email and disconnect it from the old one?

Yes, my remote will not connect to my spark and it’s a combo. The linking sound goes on for a minute and does not connect. How can I connect my controller and my spark manually or the best way since it isn’t linking?
