Every YouTube video you see of the gimbal set up has the the YouTuber struggling to implode the a micro adjustment to the pan and tilt arms. I went through it all myself until.....  Lossen the grey tightening knob as per usual, the arm is still tight as hell right? Gently pull the grey knob out and hey presto! You can slide the arms back and forth freely. Your welcome.
