DJI is showing Lightbridge 2 is not available.  Doe this mean its been discontinued?

Yes, the Lightbridhe 2 has been discontinued, while we still offer after-sales service for the device.

You can consider the DJI Datalink 3 remote controller.  (etc...)

I work for a company that makes flight control systems and we were considering making another product on our line and offering an alternative to the Lightbridge. Now that I see it's discontinued, would you like to have the option of purchasing a similar system if we were to develop one?
One that could be an improvement as well, if there were aspects you did not like about it? Or things you really loved that you would like to see again?

Yes - definitely.  I bought the Herelink 2 last summer and do not like it!

The Lightbridge remote as well as the Herelink are too constraining

Ideally, the remote would be open sourced like Jumper/Taranis, the protocol as well.
