I was flying behind my house, altitude at 200 ft, i flew out a ways and drone descended slowly while only pressing forward input. Flight log shows i was at 200 ft the entire time but drone contacted ground. Anyone heard of this issue?

GPS position no match is a false alarm and means nothing.
Post a link to the Phantomhelp report if you want experienced eyes to go over it.
