I have a new Huawei p20 pro.

Everything works fine with the OP, I received last week the wireless module, the OP recognise my Phone, but it will not connect to the WIFI.

The vendor is telling, it is because my phone is not in compatible with the OP. Is this right? the Huawei P20 is listed but not the P20 pro. Thanks for your help.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. As of the time being, the Huawei P20 pro hasn't been tested by our engineers that's why it's not yet included on our compatible mobile device list. However, we would like to know what seems to be the problem when you try to connect your mobile device to our wireless module? Please let us know for further assistance. Did you connect using Bluetooth first?

Hmmm, all my smartphones & tablets (Android 5/6/7) are NOT listed, buuuuut they work  

My smallest smartphones are
SOYES 7s - 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, Android 6.0,  € 52
ANICA  i8 - 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, Android 6.0,  € 56
Both work fine with OP - also my "bigger" phones (6") &
tablets (8.4") ... with Android 5 & 7 .... each 2560x1600

And I cannot connect it directly via wifi to the phone, my phone doesnt see the osmo?

deactivate mobile data - or use 2.4 GHz
