Hi,

Flying P4P for a year now.

Recently when plugging in the battery and turning the aircraft ON, the motors start beeping and the aircraft lights won't turn on at all.
Tried everything from updating Go app on android to updating controller firmware.
In the end I tried to update the aircraft's firmware through DJI Assistant 2, and while updating the bar gets stuck at 28% and throws as error "battery update failed". What could possibly be the reason?
The bird never crashed in her lifetime. I only have one battery.

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. May I know if your Rc would still connect to the drone? If yes, would it be possible if you could provide the error message on the application? Sorry for the late reply.
Yes the RC connects to the drone. I can only see the video feed but no telemetry. The drone is not arming either.

Hi, thanks for the update. Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app then try to re-update the firmware to see if there will be changes? Screenshot or short video would be great if you could provide for further check. Thank you for cooperation.

Hi Tony,

It's been a long time and I haven't been able to solve the problem. Upon updating the firmware, it gives an error "battery update failed"with error code 020003b.
