You had your buddy help with just the right lighting, the Sun really cooperated with you for those nice photos, thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I had a polariser on the lens too which helped with glare

These are the fields where the battle of Hastings took place in 1066 and the subsequent creation of the first Norman King of England: William the Conqueror - nearly 1,000 years ago. There were Anglo-Saxon King's dating back to c.500 AD but they mainly ruled over devisions of the country until William I took the crown on these fields.
