I recently bought a DJI Matrice 210. It was shipped to Mozambique, where I leave, from Dubai. It took almost 2months for the shipping and clearing from customers.

When I charged for the very first time, both TB50 batteries they charge for 1min then stop. I left it for more then 10h and they didn’t charge at all... then when I tried to charge them the next morning, then came the solid red lights: I guess it means that they are not being charged and something is wrong with these batteries.

So I have the drone and never used because of this issue.

Any one to help me?
