Click on this link then raise a case with support. They may ask for further details before providing you with a shipping label for UPS to pick up the drone and deliver it to the European DJI service centre in the Netherlands https://www.dji.com/uk/service/repair?site=brandsite&from=nav - if out of warranty you will be invoiced and the repairs carried out then shipped back to you. The whole process can take typically a week to a month.
Hi A CW, thanks for the reply and here I go again. I've been here. Repair progress inquiry or recommended service centre, right? There isn't one for Spain. Are you supposed to contact the Netherlands directly? Its doesn't recommend this or suggest this anywhere? |
