Estoy valorando la posibilidad de comprar un OSMO para añadilo a mi colección. Lo único es que he rooteado mi teléfono móvil y no se si eso puede hacer que exista algun tipo de problema a la hora de manejarlo. No he conseguido encontrar nada de información al respecto.


Tengo un amigo que rooteo su teléfono con kingroot apk (igual que yo) y con el modelo spark no le produce ningún tipo de problema.

Es compatible el modelo OSMO entonces con este tipo de actualizaciones en un teléfono android?

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. The recommended devices that have been tested by our engineers are not modified devices. Therefore, we couldn't guarantee if there will be a problem using an android device that has been rooted, however, this should not affect to our Osmo mobile and application for as long as we didn't modify the DJI GO app. For the mean-time, you may refer to the image below for the compatible devices on Osmo Mobile.

Tengo en cuenta que el rooteado de un dispositivo android es algo delicado, así que comprendo si es posible que cause alguna inconveniencia, pero en principio no debería afectar a las funcionalidades de vuestro software, verdad?

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. There will be different compatible devices on each of every DJI products and those phones are tested by without changing the functionality of the mobile device. A rooted phone shouldn't affect our official application for as long as we don't modify it. Hope that this would clarify your query. Thank you for continued support.
