The Elk Grove Mall has been in development off and on for over a decade. It was never finished and was known locally as the ghost mall. Finally the developer has called it quits and now its under demolition.

It is a shame to see it destroyed. After 10 years of not completing it I guess it was a lot cheaper to tear it down and sale the land for other uses.
Very nice job of capturing it's demise. I saw a video on CBS of the mayor giving them some options. Maybe I will see your video on CBS(13) showing their reply.
