I hope someone can help me, we have a MATRICE 210 drone and a Zenmuse XT camera, it's almost brand new and it has never crashed. Yesterday, i tried to fly and the controller showed an error "stick not centered" , then i re-calibrated the sticks and something weird begin to happen (not sure if after re-calibrating, but that was when i noticed) the left controller stick (cendence controller) began to interfere with the XT camera panning, and the two front rotor LED's turned red when i try to takeoff.

I have tried uploading the firmware to the drone again, calibrating the IMU , the compass, updating the zenmuse XT camera (although when i charged the bin file again, the firmware log file says that it was aborted because it found that the firmware was the same or older than the controller firmware)

Do you have any idea what could be happening?
