Several forum users participating in this thread was promised a response when news became available.
Now, almost 4 months later, - still nothing.!? At least I have not seen anything at all.
I assume it must be REALLY difficult to correct.

I think this is not going to change.
The 'value' of the credit is capped and I am quite sure they don't have any plans on correcting it.

Still no change, it seems. I did leave a question about this on another thread, will see if and what they will reply. I could also consider leaving a message to the stated email and see if and what they will reply there.
