Hello

I bought a mavic air today and want to took an SD card into it. I have lots of Samsung evo plus UHS-I 32GB SD cards and non of them were recognised.
Tried with a 64GB and a 128GB UHS-3 card and these were worked.
Tried to format firstly in a computer, didn't helped.
All working fine in my Gopro and can record 4k videos.

So why not working the 32GB micro SD cards in my drone?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that may I ask have you formatted it to the right format? For the 32gb it should be Fat32. Please keep us posted. Thanks!

Sorry for the late response, I don't receive a notification. May I ask if you still having a problem. With regards to this?

I always use Sandisk... No problems... try formatting the card in the GoPRO, then put it in the drone. That has helped me a few times, with other things like USB memory sticks.
Is the other cards that work the same make?
