Was at an Amusement Park yesterday and lost my only 2 Hyper Lapse Videos. I haven't deleted any videos and those are the only 2 gone. I am not near the Osmo Mobile2. Do I need to be synced to the device to view these? I can see all of the other videos shot on my iPhone7 in the DJI GO app.

Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. The hyperlapse video can be played using the playback button on the DJI GO app and this will be stored on your mobile device. I would like to ask if you manage to check the video under editor? Usually, it's located on "Album" section. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

To me as well. I have sent several bug requests. All time-lapse, hyperlapse, motionlapse Videos are deleted automatically in a few minutes! If I don’t save them on my device right away they are gone.
