For DJI Care Refresh, please note that it can be purchased if the drone was activated less than 48 hours. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 48 hours of activation no matter what happened to the drone during this time. The system will not stop customer to purchase it. Also, if it is repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation). Please refer on the attached file below. Thank you.
I crasehd into a tree because the compass did not work. One arm broke and the camera shows small strips in the video. Besides this, everything seems to work.

Thanks for your quick responce.
I am a very careful pilot even though I managed to crash the drone.
If the cost for the repair is reasonable I will buy a Care Refresh if it is
OK with DJI.
Also, if it was a compass error that caused the crash, that should be covered under warranty.

Two exchanges during 1 year sounds very good!
However I did not have this plan for my crashed Spark!
It is also 1,5 years old so I guess the warranty has expired.
If I am allowed to buy a Care Refresh for my repaired Spark I will certainly do so!

However, I have not got a mail with an offer to buy Care Refresh. Do I have to wait another day for this mail or have I missunderstood and it is not possible for me to buy this plan?
