Did you take this in Auto Exposure??? The reason I ask is it's a little blurry (building in the foreground)...probably from motion during capture and slow shutter speed...or could be from wind.  If you set Manual Exposure, you might then set a shutter speed that stops the motion and then edit afterwards for lighting.  You could even play with different shutter speeds and see what works best.

Yes, it was my first time at nigft and first photo taken. It is in auto Exposure. I need to practise more

Flying at night is in the Netherlands also forbidden.
If something happens you're not insured also here.
