My brand new DJI pocket osmo bricked itself after a firmware update.
Took it back to DJI Thailand support center, they made me pay 2000 baht ($65 USD) to ship it back to China for repair. Refused to look at it in house.
Is this normal? Utterly awful customer support, what point is a warranty if you have to pay to get your product repaired under warranty.
I'm furious, seeking out anywhere online I can find to leave a 1 star review.
