We have a new M600 and a new Xt2 camera. The correct software for M600 is loaded on the camera.  We have a video image, we can rotate and turn the camera, but we can not adjust any settings or take pictures. That does not work.  Someone an idea?  We use the DJI GO app and an ipad4

If not mistaken, for that camera, settings can only be made in DJI Pilot or Go4

I can not fly the DJI M600 with GO4

I have to try with the Pilot App

Hi AIR-Bavarian, currently, XT2 can only be used with DJI Pilot on Android mobile device, may we verify the firmware version of your M600? Please double check if the SD card is working properly.

No, DJI Pilot App iOS version only supports Mavic 2 Enterprise series.

Hi all. So I did the update of Zenmuse xt2 but using a Matrice 600 pro. Everythink worked normally (I can move the gimbal, see the image), I means sussesuccessful!! But now the thernal camera disappear and no pictures come inside SD card....I cant take shots. . I can see the “normal “ camera only. How Can I downgrade de firmware....how I can fix it???
